What follows is a brief introduction to ‘who’s who’ within the office.

Robert M Cruickshank LL.B Dip. L.P.

Robert Cruickshank, a Graduate of Aberdeen University, trained with a large Aberdeen firm, prior to moving to Moray and joining Allan Black & McCaskie. He leads our Court Department dealing with Family Law, Criminal and Civil Court matters.

Iain R Maltman LL.B (Hons) Dip. L.P.

Iain was brought up in Elgin. He studied at Edinburgh University before returning to join the Firm in 2008.  He deals primarily with Family Law, Criminal and Civil Court matters but also Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Jaymie Strathdee LL.B (Hons) Dip. L.P.

A graduate of Robert Gordon University, Jaymie joined the firm in 2010. She is experienced in Property Law, dealing with both residential and commercial transactions, and also Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.

Kevin G Anderson LL.B (Hons) Dip. L.P.

Brought up in Elgin, Kevin studied at Aberdeen University before training at another North East firm.  He joined Allan, Black & McCaskie in 2021 and heads up the firm’s Executry Department.

Annabelle E Fraser LL.B (Hons) Dip. L.P.

Annabelle studied in Aberdeen and Glasgow and initially trained at a firm in Glasgow before returning to Lossiemouth and joining Allan, Black & McCaskie in 2024.  Having since qualified she deals mainly with residential conveyancing.

Cash Room

Gail Fraser is our Head Cashier. Her sound cash room experience ensures safe and smooth handling of clients’ funds.  She is assisted by Emma Drinkwater.
